New England lawn Irrigation was first established by Bob Paxton, who first became involved in the industry back in 1975 in the Northwest, where he worked with a company that installed pumps and irrigation systems. He continued working in the field after moving to Tucson, AZ in 1979. After settling into NH back in 1985, he started New England Lawn Irrigation.
One of his greatest accomplishments in this industry has been to help develop the Irrigation Association of New England. This association is still working hard to continually strive for higher standards in professionalism and education while promoting the conservation of water. While Bob was still working. he worked on various committees. He was involved with drafting a legislative bill, saw the process through the House and Senate and later the bill was signed into law in NH. This law allows irrigation contractors the right to do their own electrical field wiring. This group is an affiliate of the National Irrigation Association which oversees the national interests of the irrigation industry. We will continue our education and strive to provide our customers with the best irrigation products on the market today.
To continually strive to provide the best service to you the customer. We know that you have other choices out there and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We aim at 100% satisfaction. The highest compliment we can receive is a good referral from happy customers when they talk to friends and family.
"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so." Mahatma Gandhi
