SAVE MONEY GO GREEN "Smart Water Applied Technology." Smart was created to reduce landscape water demand - which can account for up to 70% of water use in some parts of the country.

There are a large number of products on the market today that will effectively control the amount of water applied to your landscape. These products give your landscape water based on site conditions (such as soil moisture, rain, wind, slope soil, plant type and more), and apply the right amount of water based on those factors.

One term used in determining the right amount of water to use is ET or "Evapotranspiration Rate". ET is the rate at which water is absorbed through the soil, is then transported through the plant and ends up being expelled from the leaves into the atmosphere. Once this rate is determined then we will know the right amount of water to supply the plant with.

PRODUCTS THAT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, CONSERVE WATER AND ENERGY WHILE PROMOTING A HEALTHY ENVIROMENT

Solar Sync: is a sensor that can be installed on all Hunter control timers. This sensor captures rain, radiation and air temperature. It uses this information to calculate ET and adjusts the run time accordingly.

Flow-Clik: A ruptured pipe or broken sprinkler left undetected can result in substantial damage. Plants and ground cover can be flooded, and slopes can be eroded. The Flow-Clik™ can help identify a break before any damage can occur. The Flow-Clik can be programmed at a specified level of flow; once that level is exceeded, the electrical circuit is broken and the valves are shut off. The amount of water loss in the event of high external leakage is substantially reduced.

I-Core Controller: allows the user to program specific zone information to include (sun, wind, slope, soil, plant type, types of sprinklers and more). Advanced features include Automatic short circuit protection, cycle and soak, delay between stations, seasonal adjust, easy retrieve memory, event day off programming, no water window, quick field wiring check, real time flow monitoring, sensor programmability, total run time calculator, and a non-volatile memory.

MP Rotor: this nozzle fits on most spray bodies and has been in the agricultural industry since 1987. This nozzle has multi-trajectory rotating streams which provide unmatched uniformity with automatic matched precipitation even after arc & radius adjustment. Great for slopes or tight soils due to its low application rate which reduces runoff.

Drip irrigation: Drip irrigation exceeds 90 percent efficiency whereas sprinkler systems are 50 to 70 percent efficient. Drip delivers water slowly immediately above, on or below the surface of the soil. This minimizes water loss due to runoff, wind and evaporation. Drip irrigation can be operated during the windy periods. The mold spots on house siding and the staining and deterioration of wood privacy fences experienced with overspray from sprinkler irrigation is eliminated with the use of drip. Because water doesn't leave the landscape with drip irrigation, pavement deterioration associated with sprinkler irrigation runoff is eliminated.

Let us show you how you can benefit from the new green technology available today for all your watering needs.
