Good service starts from the very first phone call to our office, where our office manager will assist you in getting your information and scheduling
your service needs. We also provide a service request form online to be filled out in which we will contact you upon receiving it.
We continue to look at how we approach each and every customer in order to provide the type of service you have come to expect. Far too often we are
left with a less than satisfied feeling from a service provider only to find out that the only alternative is to accept it and move on. That is why
we have added a customer survey to our web site to ensure that should you have an issue with any service we have provided you can fill out the form
and we work together with you to resolve any problems.
We provide service contracts in the spring to include a one-time payment for a startup and winterization of your property. This agreement offers a
one-time payment for the spring startup and fall blowout. This is offered to give you an opportunity to enjoy a 10% savings
Our staff consists of a full time office manager, bookkeeper, five service technicians (with a combined experience of 30 years), and an installation
crew. From your first experience in contacting us, through the completion of a service the staff at New England Lawn Irrigation will work hard to
give you the quality and satisfaction you deserve.
